Actually, it should be:
“What do you call the person who graduates at the bottom of the medical school class? A Piss Poor Doctor.”
Or
“What do you call the person who graduates at the bottom of the medical school class? A Witch Doctor.”
Or
“What do you call the person who graduates at the bottom of the medical school class? An Affirmative Action, Medically Incompetent Wanna-Be Obama-Doctor.”

Reminds me of Michael Jackson’s doctor——had to be a AA product. He administered a powerful drug to MJ and left him there alone-—to make calls to his girl friends-—trying to line up sex for the night-—as MJ lay dying.
When he went back and found MJ in distress he started resucitation on the bed-—when every doctor knows this should be administered on the floor-—a hard surface.
Most egregiously-—he was giving MJ pulmonary resucitation when MJ needed cardio help.
Several brillian doctors who testified at the doctor’s trial said they were deeply disturbed at the treatment given MJ-—particularly that a doctor would administer
a drug commonly used in the operating room-—to a person in his bedroom——without having the proper medical equpipment available.
MJ’s doctor is now in jail——he was paid $100,000 per month by MJ.
