full title...Twelve little girls and eight little boys: Police name Connecticut massacre victims as it is revealed gunman shot each child up to 11 times in 'revenge' attack after fighting with teachers the day before
The manner of death for each of the victims was homicide, Carver said.
He added that two of the victims were shot at extremely close range, and each child was shot between three and 11 times.
Carver told reporters: 'I think everybody was hit more than once.'
Parents were not called in to identify their children. Rather, Carver's staff compared photos of the children given by the parents to the bodies.

Execute his entire family. Maybe then people will “police their own”.
Pure evil.
He deals with murder and accident victims for a living, of course he is strange.
Our youngest is approaching kindergarten, wish I didn’t read the article now.
From what they were reporting on the news this morning, it sounded like they were first graders.
This grandpa is right there with you. There's a reason I pay for my grandbabies nanny to practice with her .40 cal. Not my babies.

He had a Bushmaster which appears to have been his primary weapon. They sell a 30 round magazine on the Internet. I don’t know if that is what he used though.
The murderous psycho could have used a single action revolver, a knife, club or sword. Who was going to stop him from killing 6 year old defenseless children?
Their parents (my kids) are all armed and weapons trained...
Where I have my morning coffee there is often a young oriental mother and her little boy. He is very well behaved and is usually walking around and visiting other tables. (small town) Today everyone there was watching the news and she was holding him like she would never let go.
Or a baseball bat or metal pipe...
God bless the teacher and the little boy.
CT needs to raze that place. Seriously.
So far there really has been very little revealed about this kid or his motives. Information seems very slow in coming out. Just strange all around.
I had a feeling something horrid like this was going to happen with our new “gun free” zones. These are literally “killing zones” for anyone who works or goes to school inside one. I feared everyday that I went into work at the hospital with those signs on the doors.
Because you are a good man that loves your children and grandchildren.
That is something that must be handed down from generation to generation.

This "overkill" and the shooting of his mother in the face really makes this personal to him. His rage is off the chart.
The coroner is a bozo. He sort of laughed and answered questions he said he shouldn’t be answering. I eventually zoned him out but at the end he was trying to describe something... I dunno... he went wack-a-doodle in his description... didn’t understand what it was but maybe some sort of police equipment. He was just way out there. You’ll have to watch it to understand. I don’t have a link but there should be a video up on youtube or somewhere.
I have four daughters and a beautiful granddaughter. I have have my problems in my life, but they are nothing compared to what the families of these innocent children must be be going through. You drop them off at school one bright December morning, and they are gone. This wrenches the heart more than anything else I can imagine. Many of them probably went home to a Christmas tree that already had presents under them. It is just so very sad.
Someone could wear a suicide vest laced with nails and marbles. Or drive a car into a bunch of people or sports stands. Or rig an explosion with a Timex. Or just take a machete to people like in Rwanda.
If someone wants to do evil, the Evil One will help find a way, gun or no gun.
