Blame mental illness. Do we want crazy people to own guns?
Crazy people don’t have a second amendment? Who determines who is crazy and who is not? Which mental illnesses would qualify? Depression? Anxiety? Anger issues? Bipolar disorders? autism?
No we don’t. On the other hand, do we want to allow the left to categorize a broad spectrum of our best and brightest as unfit to own weapons? Ah, no we don’t.
And that’s precisely what they’ll game this to achieve.
If you have an IQ over room temperature, there will be a real danger you’re just too smart and on the verge of being a psycho for you to own weapons.
The Left will never stop until we’re too smart, dumb, rich, poor, politically active, ‘driven’, to own weapons.
