I guess they are learning from the TSA. Government Schools usually infringe on Parents' rights.

Got to teach the kids that their rights are meaningless when they’re young. That way they don’t resist when they grow up.

The local school board would be having a loud heated discussion about this at every meeting forever. If I got any money out of the litigation it would be reinvested in many future legal actions. What they did to this child will prob bother him for a long time. I would bother them for a long time with every legal thing I could figure out.

I'd bet dollars to doughnut holes that the assistant principal was one of Eric Holder's people, and the 10-year old kid was not.
Reparations!

Just another teaching moment for us all.
Be very careful when you relinquish your power and give it to someone else as people in general suck at responsibly wielding power.
It matters not if it is a teacher, cop, politician, union thug, TSA Nazi, flight attendant, or a crossing guard.... give someone power over you and it is only a matter of time before that power is abused. The Founders understood this all too well and decades of communist union teachers in government indoctrination centers have deliberately hidden this danger.

Socialists with total power will be socialists with total power. It's why we used to have a constitution forbidding centralized power and guaranteeing individual rights. Liberal judges have “progressed” beyond all that now.
