He does outsmart them or, as I say, his team does. The GOP elected reps are very stuck in procedure and legality and he simply ignores both of these things and in fact so does the entire Democratic Party under his leadership.
I wouldn’t want everybody acting like Dems, of course, but the GOP has got to start thinking outside of the box.
A good place to start would be :
“How can I get voters to agree with me and turn against O so he caves?”
rather than:
“I got elected so Americans agree with me, the polls are all rigged anyway (Rush assures me of this) to say the opposite, and who cares anyway because I am right”
then having to cave on it when your own district voters scream at you.
These losers better win some and it better be more significant than Rice.
