If you crumble the sausage, cheese, and crackers up i a dough and make balls to bake (sausage balls) it’s downright festivus food!

I cook it all in a pressure cooker: cut up carrots (one inch chunks or baby carrots), one large chicken breast, season with olive oil, garlic salt, pepper, and drizzle honey all over the stuff, then pressure cook it for about 20 minutes. If you’ve got whole wheat bread, the liguid made is delicious too! I put the ingredients in a stainless steel pot inside my aluminium cooker so the food doesn’t touch the water used to steam the contents (never liked boiled chicken!).

If you like rice, put the stuff on rice with a hand full of cooked peas in the mix. Good eats, as my TV hero says. [Yes, I’m an Alton Brown fan from way back.]

All the best sitcoms are by-gones, Barney Miller, Taxi, Seinfeld. Even Friends became too edgy. I blame it on the homo invasion of media, degenerating everything they touch.
