Legislation introduced Tuesday would give about 400,000 undocumented immigrants in California the same rights as citizens to unemployment benefits and various other government services.

They already get UI along with EITC, SSI, Workmen's Comp ------many times over ---- using multiple identities purchased from documents forgers. Sap-happy vote-crazed pols won't acknowledge the fraud. Some get caught.

SCAMARAMA (Excerpt) Read more at twincities.com ---Treasury Dept investigators estimate another $21 billion could make its way to ID thieves' pockets over the next five years. The IRS is detecting far fewer fraudulent tax refund claims than actually occur, according to a govt audit that warned the widespread problem could undermine public trust in the U.S. tax system.

Although the IRS detected about 940,000 fraudulent returns for last year claiming $6.5 billion in refunds, there were potentially another 1.5 million undetected cases of thieves seeking refunds after assuming the identity of a dead person, child or someone else who normally wouldn't file a tax return.

In just one example, investigators found a single address in Lansing, Mich, was used to file 2,137 separate tax returns. The IRS issued more than $3.3 million in refunds to that address.

Jeb's state, Florida, is the epicenter of the identity theft crisis (a state overrun with latinos---many of whom are Cuban---who are also involved in massive Medicare/Aid fraud). Just three addresses in Florida filed more than 500 returns totaling more than $1 million in refunds for each address.......Florida was also the scene of a massive subprime mtge scam---with latinos colluding to bilk millions---leaving Americans holding the bag.

In another troubling scenario, hundreds of refunds were deposited into the same bank account—--a red flag for investigators searching for ID thieves-- who may be filing for refunds for multiple people. In one instance, the IRS deposited 590 refunds totaling more than $900,000 into one account.

He said he worked 9 mos and got 3 mos time off to be with his children---one of whom was college age. JJ asked him how he supported himself those 3 mos----he said he collected UI.

Seems the Dept of Coorrections calculately "laid him off" and rehired him 3 mos later. He had been doing that for nine years. falsifying govt docvuments to get UI tax dollars---AKA government fraud.

Now get this----when he was "laid off" to be "with his children," he was actually traveling to be with his girlfriend---she was suing him for a $4000 loan---which was why they were in JJ's court.

BTW——There’s the notorious California murder case of the bi-sexual Mexican latina who conned her way into marriage to a wealthy lonely American-—secretly scheming to take him for everything he had. Rebecca Salcedo told friends she planned to marry Bruce Cleland, have a child, and then divorce him, collect child support and be “set for life.” Prior to their marriage Salcedo stole Cleland’s credit cards to buy furniture and breast augmentation. The lusty latino slept with various men and women while telling her fiance she was too “virtuous” to have sex with him before marriage.

Three months after the elaborate church wedding and country club reception, she filed for divorce, but Cleland did not want
a divorce and balked at signing divorce papers giving her everything. So she forged his name on million dollar insurance policies and schemed w/ two Mexican cousins to ambush Cleland in a faked carjacking. After her cousin shot Cleland dead, the grieving widow retained counsel to grab all the assets-—a company life insurance policy that paidout half of Bruce Cleland’s $100,000 annual salary, a company accidental death policy for $517,000; another $25,000 accidental death policy; a life insurance policy that paid the mortgage balance; and $196,000 in Cleland’s stock savings plan.

After the murder, her co-conspirator/cousin/lover/shooter Alvaro Quezada continued to live with her—they were often seen hugging and kissing. At the crime scene, the stupid Mexican told police the carjackers took her expensive diamond engagement ring-—yet the weeping widow showed up at the funeral wearing the very same ring.....this was only one of her screwups which got her life without parole.

Rebecca Salcedo, and her two cousins, Alvaro Quezada and Jose Quezada, were convicted of (1) conspiracy to commit murder,
(2) first degree murder, with special allegations, that, (3) the murder had been committed for financial gain, (4) while lying in wait.

For years he was considered a model citizen, ideal husband and father, Little League coach, a proud latino w/ a steady job.

Sanchez had unconscionably participated in a commemoration event for one of his victims. All his victims were Americans. He pled guilty to 15 rapes and three murders but Buffalo, NY police say he actually committed 22 rapes...and possibly even more murders. He was sentenced to 75 years in prison.
