Republican Florida Senate President Calls for Hangings of Opponents?

I met Senate President Don Gaetz after speaking to the Senate Committee on Healthcare Exchanges. I explained to him that I wanted to teach on nullification and why the Healthcare Act is unconstitutional. He mocked the Founders of the this nation to my face, implying they are irrelevant to the interpretation of the Constituion. He laughed at my support of Constitutional principles. He then shouted out to me as he left the room that he wouldn’t read anything that I sent him. This morning I sent him an email explaining the Founders’ position on State Sovereignty and nullificaion.

After sending Senator Don Gaetz(R) my letter explaining the positions of James Madison, Thomas Jefferson and Alexander Hamilton on State Sovereignty, the Republican leader of the Florida Senate says that citizens who agree with the writer of the Declaration of Independence should be summarily shot and hanged. Does that means Don Gaetz is in favor of shooting the many Catholic Bishops and other religious leaders who have said that they will not comply with this mandate? Notice the double-speak in his email below. He affirms his support for the Constitution and then demonstrates his utter ignorance of its meaning and purpose.

Here is a copy of his email:

Thank you for your email and for your passionate views. Like you, I believe Obamacare is unconstitutional and wrong-headed policy. I have consistently voted in the Florida Legislature for legislation that affirms our state’s options, obligations and sovereignty under the United States Constitution. I am working every day to ensure the election of national candidates who will repeal and replace this extraordinarily bad policy.

As to nullification, I tend to favor the approach used by Florida’s first Governor, Andrew Jackson:

Once again, showing us that the present GOP power structure needs to be dismantled.

“the Republican leader of the Florida Senate says that citizens who agree with the writer of the Declaration of Independence should be summarily shot and hanged”

When you say such things, don’t be surprised when those people decide the same thing about you.

Meet the new face of the Republican Party once the MSM get in the swing. We finally found someone more hostile to the intent of the Constitution than the POTUS.

Looks like he voted for redistricting. He is probably happy that Alan Grayson is on his way back to Capitol Hill, too.

Looking at the rest of his experience, it seems he is a career politician and has no private-sector experience save being the co-founder of Vitas Healthcare, which specializes in terminal illness. Member of school boards, superintendent of schools, other municipal government positions . . . the fellow is GOP-e to the core.

I’ ve been saying it - but many think it’s absurd or extreme and is embarrassing to the Conservative cause - and that is this truth: the GOP is the Judenrat to the MarxoFascists.

This story is just more evidence of that fact.

Recall that many genocides are actually carried out by trusted elements of their own kind, who serve the totalitarian in the hopes of a share or extra time for themselves.

That is the case, INVAR. It is a most appropriate comparison.

I like to use a similar comparison, although it is fiction based.

I believe that the GOP are familiars to their democrat masters from the lore of vampires.

In either analogy, the GOP is the willing servant of great evil for the purpose of gaining the favor of their masters.

In the animal kingdom, the democrat is the alpha and the republican is the omega. I believe that the GOP is losing support because no one follows the omega.

The GOP is the abused spouse, but not the abused spouse that eventually finds the strength to stand up for herself against her abuser, but rather the abused spouse who never stands up for herself, and in the end simply enables and perpetuates her abuse via a display of weakness and then even turns her own anger against someone else who is innocent because that is the only available outlet.

There is a psychology going on here that if one examines one can see that there will be no solution or victory as long as this dynamic is allowed to remain.

The alpha is going to reign until someone challenges it and defeats it, but simply sending it away will be insufficient, because this alpha will reforge itself and return.

I believe this is the reality of our current situation. it is simply the rules of nature, of which man is part.

The example is ridiculous. Congress has the explicit Constitutional authority to levy taxes and tariffs. Obamacare is and was unConstituional, regardless the flip flop the supreme ersatz kyrotcrat.

Methinks Republican State Senator Don Gaetz has never had use for the Constitution in his climb to power. It is like some people who set off on a trip without a road map. It raises a question to where is he going and where has he gone in his career as a politician? It tells me that he is willing to take the people of his state into the ditch.
