Maybe hes making inroads for a run at the White House in 16. I hope so. And I'm sure that FR's PDS posse will call him a "quitter" just like they do for Gov. Palin, right? (I'm not going to hold my breath on that, by the way...)

Yeah. wtc reminded me of that (see post 69).
I had hoped DeMint would have made a move for prez for the ‘12 election. He would have been an ideal choice. But nope. Probably a good thing - just as well. The political/media fix was firmly set for Nobama.
