Three things are going against the Islamists in Egypt.

One, the majority of Egyptians aren’t radical Muslims. They want to just live and feed their families...and rape women in Tahrir Square.

Two, Egypt isn’t bursting with natural resources, and needs to stay nice with other nations(who bring in tons of tourist dollars) in order to keep some viability. And the Islamists are threatening to destroy the historic tourist destinations; Oy.

Three, the people need supplies of everything necessary to live, and the Islamists are more interested in subjugation and destruction than supply. Good luck with that.
