I predict the year will end and the Bush tax cuts will go away. This will impact 2014’s tax returns. Plenty of time for a correction.

Wrong, dead wrong. I'm one of them and I'm ready to EMBRACE the fiscal cliff it it would destroy Obama' s socialism. I'd take the hit without looking back for an instant. Don't forget the seniors know more about what we are losing than any other generation...we know how good it WAS...and we want it back for our kids and grandkids!

Ya know, there are untold billions that could be cut in less politically sensitive areas. Things like bike paths and PBS may be drops in the bucket but they do add up.

Granted we need serious entitlement reform but its pointless to expect it if they won’t even cut the little things.

Not true. We oldies are more concerned than ever about what we are leaving to our future generations. Believe me on this.

For anyone to think that we don't care is so very wrong, we are watching the young with no jobs, no future, why go to college, etc..

Take every obama created disaster you/we see today and add to my list. WE are very concerned, this is not what we worked and saved for all our lives.

We have survived MANY "balloon bursts" over the years, just as our parents survived the "great depression", but NOTHING like this OBAMA total destruction of America we face today, this one is bigger than anyone can imagine it will be.

Our job now until we die, is to make sure our children survive, that's the best and all we can do now. PEACE

Cut off everyone, make the so called president SUBMIT A BUDGET that balances.

Its time. Who gives an eff about SS and Medicare benefits when we do not even have a coutry thats ours?

Its time the GOP lives or dies. If it folds to Obama, there will no longer be a GOP.
