Notice how Democrat presidents take off for Christmas, forcing Secret Service agents to be away from their families? Reagan and the two Bush presidents would wait and leave after Christmas so the agents could be at home.
Now is there any wonder that many decent family men leave the service because of the intolerable working conditions? What they have left are quite a few swinging single types (unfortunately, not always single) who go for the wild life. Hence, the poor judgement and scandals.

A vacation? Dind’t Hitler take those in his chalet? Point being, it’s not important, compared to the coming storm.
I see at least three reasons.
1. He hates Christmas, and wants to be far away so the media won’t report how he shows his contempt for Christmas.
2. He knows how congress is going to go on this budget thing. He doesn’t need to be in Washington.
3. He is far away and can get ready for his second term.
I thought Clinton was loathsome, but the word hasnt been invented to adequately describe my dislike for Hussein..
