Meet the UK's 'preppers'- people who are preparing for Armageddon behind closed doors. Between them they fear a new dark age, natural disasters, a solar flare, and a world without law and order.
They spend their entire lives and thousands of pounds preparing for disaster.
Retired soldier Michael Sanderson lives with his wife and two young daughters in Hertfordshire but has a trailer ready for them to escape to a secret Welsh hideaway at 15 minutes' notice.
Mr Sanderson, who served in the Falklands and Northern Ireland, said: 'I’m preparing for a natural disaster.
'Bad things do happen, people’s homes do get burned down, there are floods, there are catastrophic events that affect people completely.
'If you go too late, you’re dead. People say to me "why are you a prepper?" And I’m always baffled by it, because what I say to people is, I don’t understand why you’re not.

“You can bet he’ll do some trial runs of outages on the grid and internet soon.” And 99% of the sheeple will not believe the outages are staged for calculation by those planning ‘much greater works’ to bring America to a halt and establish massive chaos so the military void is in place for ‘other events’. Even in those aware of the threats, the normalcy bias will prevent them from making the correct connections and acting accordingly.

When if the SHTF I see liquor, old silver coins, tobacco as being desirable items to have been put away. You will be able to by X with these. Of course being well armed and having networked family and friends to back you up will be an imperative. We will be back in the age of horses, blacksmithing, clans and tribes
Well, I see you believe the ‘mad max’ image can come to pass. I tend to believe that is magic thinking ... there will be someone who will take control of the ‘powers that be’ and rule of bullet and bayonet will be the quick step into Daniel, Ezekiel, and The Book of The Revelation foretold end times. Here in America, the chaos will likely be long and harsh, and during the unfolding, in Europe the ten toes will emerge.
Could go either way or most likely both at the same time
