the ball is in the Democrats’ court and called on President Obama to lead by offering a detailed plan to cut spending.This is what Reid's brain is wanting to avoid. If the president and the dems really want a "Balanced" approach, where are their spending cuts?
Reid doesn't want to go there, and just wants the GOP to play the Grinch role.

Nice call, and I would urge the Republicans to refuse engage in any negotiations until Obama has put a plan on the table for every citizen to see.
