This morning, a majority of the citizen-led Boulder County, Colorado Canvass Board, a legally mandated election oversight board, voted not to certify the Abstract of Votes prepared by Boulder County Clerk and Recorder Hillary Hall.
The members who voted not to certify were denied an opportunity to publicly explain the reasons for their decision to the other members of the Board. The members of the Board who disagreed with the majority decision declined to review the majority's Secretary of State required report. Those same members had also declined invitations from the majority to join in discussions of potential problem resolution and report and recommendation drafting sessions.
According to Board member Dan Martin, "we were presented with voluminous information at the very end of the process, including last Friday night at 7:00 p.m. That information included a Reconciliation Report that clearly showed that more ballots had been counted than ballots cast in 40 precincts."
Board member Russ Boehm stated, "The Official Abstract showed no such precinct problems." Martin added, "Today is the deadline for our certification decision, and no explanation has been given for this anomaly, so I had no choice but to vote against certifying a clearly flawed report."

We also are distressed that authorized Watchers from all parties and issue committees were prevented from exercising their legal rights to witness and verify the steps of the election [.....]

She’s already stated that the board has no authority, though, or at least has hinted at that.

I notice the silence about what the UN observers saw. Last I heard one had said that the US was the only country in the Solar System to not require positive ID to vote.

It happened all over he country , especially in swing states.Official Republican electoral scrutineers were turned away in Florida with the threat of violence, and not allowed to discharge their duties.
This is fascism. Truly. And I for one am tired of everyone soft peddling the fact. Its not fraud.

It's amazing what a president who holds a race card can get away with.. It's the ultimate protection when the mission is to sabotage the private sector and undermine our foreign policy to make America more equal to, and less exceptional than other countries. If they were handing out ballots without verifying that the people receiving them were even eligible to vote in that particular precinct, that points to negligence or fraud.

Accidental, I didn't know, I can't remember, I was only given the talking points, he did it, she did it, we will get to the bottom of it and get back with you, the president was not aware, he was not in the room, etc.etc.etc........Nothing new in the Dem playbook and our WORTHLESS Republicans do nothing (by design?)
If I told you what in going on in my own town and county with elected ‘R’s’ against ‘R’ taxpayers’ you would be (or possibly not)_shocked. While very few know it - It’s not that it’s a secret but they don’t want to get involved. Seems this a a prelude of everyone for himself. If a liberal is against you, one could turn to the R’s but when they are in to together you can’t trust anyone - Judges, lawyers, town officials, cops. There are so few left who will do the right thing because they know they will be maligned, disbarred, set up or fired.

Then it’s not fraud to you but fascism. Fraud is a verb, fascism is not. Fraud is action - what action gets fascism which is a noun? Bottom line - what do YOU call it? Misbehaving?/s

I don’t understand this “prevented-—” part. A knee in the jewels is usually enough to clarify the request to “observe”. Who the bleep makes up rules like that? If it takes assault and battery to keep an election on the up-and-up then that’s how it’s gonna be.

...and neither does the Canvassing Board. The County Clerk office would not provide any details on the "reconciliation".
Hall also specifically refused to allow Watchers from any political party to monitor the receipt and processing of absentee ballots.
Absentee, Early and Provisional ballots were counted with almost no oversight whatever.
By some amazing coincidence, almost all of the measures to increase city and county taxes won by small margins.
