IF, by some miracle, a Republican gains control of the White House and Republicans retake the Senate, could this obamanation of a law still be repealed? Or will it have taken to great of a hold to where we just have to live with it?

“I won’t comply.”

Funny stuff there. Maybe they’ll reserve a room for you right next to Irwin Schiff in the graybar hotel.

Empty words annoy me.

The individual mandate for the first few years is only $95 per year (till about 2016) so for young healthy males it makes no sense for them to buy health insurance under O-care rules.

We made a big mistake in attacking Obamacare in the courts by focusing on the jugular known as the individual mandate.

Ignoring the remaining 2599 pages of unconstitutional provisions and mandates meant that if we missed the jugular, the entire law would be upheld by the Supreme Court by default because they had no stomach for ruling on the entire bill.

It is now time for us to demonstrate to the Supreme Court why THEY TOO must protect and defend the constitution, because they have opened themselves up to an entire slew of follow up challenges to the law that will eventually force them to either reverse their own decision or literally shred the constitution before our eyes.

Republican COWARDS in congress depended upon We The People for a 2nd mandate at the polls to reverse this POS legislation. Now they will pay the price.

The only good thing about Obamacare is that it will ween the American consumer off of healthcare insurance alltogether... which is really the primary reason healthcare costs have gotten so high to begin with.

I for one will not comply either.
I will do so by claiming exemption for religious reasons.
Christians like Muslims believe that insurance is a form of gambling... therefore, I claim the same right that Muslims have under the law to exemption for that reason.

Denying me that same right defined for Muslims in Obamacare would be unconstitutional under the establishment of religion clause.

The most sensible alternative to the horrors of Obamacare are boiled down to one thing: set up an American created and run medical enclave just south of the border in Mexico.

To start with, the enclave would work on a cash basis, no insurance, USG funding, or other such expensive nonsense. As has been seen in the US, cash only medical care is only half as expensive.

It would have a much better legal environment to operate in, lots of qualified, English speaking Mexican medical personnel and support staff, with American physicians and surgeons, much less expensive pharmaceuticals and medical equipment.

It would also be in a secure area, to keep out riff raff from both sides of the border. American built hospitals and accommodations, and likely a nursing home housing area for rehabilitation and extended care (at just a fraction of the US cost).

All told, it would be a win-win, for everybody but the socialist Obamacare types.

Congress finally tired of direct management of the postal service only when there were so many service problems their staffers couldn't get anything else done.

It's just a matter of time before Congress collapses under the barrage of complaints concerning their health care plan.

We have two Democrat Senators in Virginia. They will, in due course, rue the day they ran for public office ~ I for one will shortly begin my physical health complaint of the week ~ copy to each!

Won’t comply? How so? I don’t like the income tax and would like to not comply either...but I also like living in my house instead of a federal prison.

I have a feeling this is what those 16,000 IRS agents are for. If a business such as Hobby Lobby doesn’t do what it’s told, the feds will walk into every store and close them down. This whole scam is to destroy the country.
