I feel the same way when the Cowgirls play the Redskins. Is there anyway the eventual winner can suffer season destroying injuries?
When did Bennie Hill start coaching football?
No, Romo cant win a big game. I agree about Ahab, but Romo has yet to win when he really needs too..
With that offensive line, Romo will be lucky to survive until season’s end.
I think their season actually ended today for all practical purposes.
I dunno about this, I thought the Redskins’ manhandling of the Cowboys, followed by the Cowboys’ comeback and near-implosion of the Redskins, made a pretty strong argument for either of those teams.
The Lions’ brilliant engineering of another defeat in OT was a masterpiece, regardless of that stupid fake touchdown granted by officials to the Texans, but it doesn’t rise to the level of true league-worst — the Lions are merely mediocre. Of course, the then-9-1 Texans barely won, and had to rely on officiating to hand them the victory to lift them to 10-1.

Geez, I feel old!
Hey! Stats don’t lie!
Sanchez’ QB rating was 94.8.
ps: do I need to turn-off sarcasm lingo?
:-)
Maybe my husband shouldn’t feel so bad being a Browns fan...
My husband and oldest daughter were at the game. Hubby is a massive Pats fan, so I’m glad they won so big for him. We live in NC now, so he doesn’t get a lot of chances to go. Ryan, along with the rest of the team, need to acknowledge that, as much as they wish he was, Sanchez is not the solution to their problem.
You have my sympathy (go Giants); that being said, I don’t imagine there are many Jets fans on Free Republic. I live a few miles from Giants Stadium (yes, we still call it that), and any Jets fans I know are flaming libs (like Mets fans in baseball; in fact, many are Mets/Jets fans). Two years ago for the first time in my life I met a Mets fan that was actually born in this country; the rest are nanny-state immigrants from Europe or Latin America.
“A Jets defeat is a good ending to Thanksgiving!”
Absolutely; every weekend as I anticipate the new work week with dread/sadness, I usually can take comfort in the fact that the Jets have lost. I work with some nasty Jets fan wench, and seeing her misery (combined with a hangover) on Monday mornings makes Mondays suck less...
That play will live in in-fanny?
Never trust your offense to a California pretty boy.
You say that as if there were New Yawkers who arent flaming libs. Im refugee from Long Island these past couple of years, and as we all know the place is crawling with liberals. Not that Pennsylvania is gonna make the world forget Oklahoma for conservatism, but at least locally it seems pretty good. And gives Sisyphus the feeling that he actually might reach the top of the mountain this time . . .
