One would think hosts on MSNBC would be very thankful this holiday that the President they so tirelessly worked to re-elect prevailed on Election Day. But there is truly no rest for the weary, bitter leftists on Comcast's disgraceful propaganda outlet.
MSNBC host and professional race-baiter Melissa Harris-Perry starts things off by trying to dampen our spirits by attacking the Thanksgiving story:
“The kindergarten story that you learned about grateful Pilgrims and happy Indians is not even close to the historic reality of how European settlers brought violence, disease and land theft to the indigenous peoples who were already in this land long before it was discovered.”Perry then blasted the Macy's parade for its relationship with the "racist" Donald Trump, and even tries to depress viewers enjoying Thanksgiving football games by showing photos of injured players and bemoaning head injuries.
Finally, to make sure you do not even enjoy your meal, Perry reminds you that “millions of poor families in this country” regularly go hungry - while conveniently not taking her hero Obama to task for the record number of Americans using food stamps this year to buy their holiday meals.
Perry went on to say that we should still enjoy our holiday while we “embrace” the ”agony and loss and injustice that under-girds our history.” Groan!

Not content with attacking the Pilgrims, parade, football and meals, MSNBC.com also posted "tips" on how to "shut up" your family's "hardcore conservative" with canned talking points from their buddies at the DNC and Obama Campaign. Yep, for a while I was DVRing her and watching her shows to see what she was up to and this is what she is about.
Before she got her own Weekend show Maddow was pimping her as a brilliant know-everything guest to introduce her to her lib audience. While she is pushing this 'America is evil' stuff she has gives a regular exaggerated smile to try make her look non-threatening..

Indigenous people? Baloney. There was a lot of warfare causing moving around of various tribes for many years before white men came.
Does anyone seriously believe the people who live high in the cold parts of the Andes saw them and thought, "Wow, what a great place to live. Lots of rocks!" Of course not. They were likely driven from nicer areas by nastier people. No one was really "indigenous." They ALL might have moved here from Asia. As each wave came through there was a constant forcing of people to move from more to less desirable locations. But if WE do it, that's bad.
Avoid social and elective interactions with drones at all times, including family members. Our efforts should be directed at increasing our ties with conservatives, and outreach to those with an open mind.
In the first debate without TOTUS and a sycophantic moderator we saw the community organizer for the empty suit that he is. As an added bonus we saw the real Chris Matthews , a raving bitter drunk. Romney and the GOP refused to engage on things like Libya and the rest is history.
I bring this up to show how Husein and the left react when they're are asked meaningful questions and they have to answer on their own.

Not a problem here. My whole family already understands this staement to be factual.. With the younger ones yearning for back in the day as they watch these asswads destroy America..
They seem to have forgotten one thing - the Conservative family member will likely be the only person in the room who has done any research, knows the truth, and has a brain that can do more than spout banal party line tripe. IOW, the rest of the family will have to shout him down in order to ensure no TRUTH leaks into their mush skulls.
Anyone that tries to shut me up will feel what the Turkey felt.

Exactly, which is why it is imperative that, when we hear the droning sound, to stop the drone and make him/her critically analyze what they are saying and thereby espousing (if even unaware).
This is the beginning of critical analysis, which used to be and should the the second phase of all our learning. That is, whatever we learn, we should critically analyze to determine whether it is true or whether there is a better argument.
Why this is so difficult is because the propaganda with which students are being indoctrinated ring a friendly and popular note emotionally. If it makes people “feel” right or good or just or even if it serves some emotionally pornographic thrill, then it is very quickly accepted as true.
As you implied, the conservative argument is based on cognition, reason, thought, analysis with only a smear of emotion and rhetoric to make that thought more palatable. Well, in a generation addicted to soda and sugary snacks, it is tough to make hard thought palatable. But that is what we need to do.
One way to accomplish this is, when a leftist or liberal drone utters a comment, to dissect quickly and cleanly the argument and to point out all the purely emotional elements of the argument, and to demonstrate why those emotional elements do not belong in a sound argument.
