It’d probably be pretty silly to sue the union after their heath care is gone and then have to deal with two broken legs. But, that’s just my quick take.
On the for-real side, they joined the union and probably gave up most of their individual rights as part of the bargain.
Ayup, and now we see why "Right To Work" is NOT a bloomin' euphemism.
I was not thinking about the union MEMBERS suing the Union. I was thinking of the non-members who lost their jobs as a result of the union workers striking.
