I love Caesar salad, especially with anchovies. Yum!
I make my own mayonnaise with a raw egg and refined olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, mustard, and salt. There are so many antibacterial and antifungal ingredients in it that there is never any danger from the “raw” egg.
I’m off for “Friday” night on Wednesday at the Netflix movies, and will BBL with the movie reviews.
