Some years ago, a friend and I, on a road trip, got really lost. The person who finally helped us was a Walmart greeter.

No more greeters. Nobody to help you get a cart and their parking lots are more like obstacle courses because nobody collects their damned carts. Try asking for sales help on the sales floor some day.

You sound like a Union Organizer, we have greeters at all the Walmart’s I’ve been at in Arizona and New Mexico.

When they opened the Walmart near San Francisco they had over twenty thousand applications for 465 job openings. It sure sounds like the only ones with a problem is the Commie/Union Thugs!

If your aggrieved status runs so deep, why not shop somewhere else?

Didn't know that. I don't have a Walmart nearby and I don't drive, so my trips to Walmart are few and far between. But I have no animosity toward the company. It has low prices for a reason. I could go to Macys and have someone cater to my every whim, but I have to pay a lot for that service. And sure, Walmart merchandise is made in foreign countries, but thanks to unions, similar merchandise made here can't compete from a cost standpoint.

If I was buying, say, a fancy party dress, yes, I'll buy that at an upscale store. But why should I pay a hundred dollars for some designer jeans at a department store when I can buy a decent pair of no name jeans at Walmart or some place similar? Jeans are jeans. I don't need a designer name emblazoned on my posterior.

Until the government starts telling us where to shop, I'm not boycotting Walmart or anyone else.
