Wests campaign, though, is calling for an emergency hearing over concerns raised during the recount process, including results showing that 900 votes were cast in precinct 93, where there are only seven voters registered.
As usual, Murphys people are full of garbage, West campaign manager Tim Edson told the Post. This is something the secretary of state and governor will have to sort out.

I’m currently looking into this for a story, and I can’t find anything to back up what Tim Edison is saying. As far as I can tell, this “900 voters” thing is made up.
Not saying there wasnt fraud, but seven registered voters in a precinct? That doesnt make sense.
It looked to be criminal from the start! The governor needs to jump in here and invalidate the ENTIRE election!
Sounds like a rotten borough in more ways than one. It could be an immigrant precinct or maybe a skid row kind of place. Makes you wonder how many rotten boroughs there are out there? Could the Democrats be carving out these low voter precincts so that they can stuff ballots for people who do not even vote? If this was a deliberate scheme, it is pretty sure that they are doing this all over the country.
If ballots have to be recounted, where are they kept for safe keeping until the final count?
LOL...yeah..right...
I’m afraid you’re right.
Pansies make “deals” like THIS one:

snip-”To settle the lawsuit, in 1982, the RNC and RSC entered into an agreement or Consent Decree, which is national in scope, limiting the RNCs ability to engage or assist in voter fraud prevention unless the RNC obtains the courts approval in advance.”
—it’s time for West to head up The Conservative Party and get the thinking people the hell outta this “deal” they made with the Rat Party.
Please share this info—I’m awaiting a response from the GOP AND my Repub congresscritters...haven’t heard a response YET.(and, don’t expect to.)
I’ll change my affiliation, too—going “Independent”. Screw the “deal making” repubs. Let them worry about getting MY vote next time—if there IS a next time.
We will end up being the determinate anyway.
In Florida, as many millions as live there, how could they have a voting precinct with only 7 registered voters in that precinct??
***********
Heck Precinct 93 isn’t the smallest. Precinct 94 is with just 4 voters....
click here and scroll to bottom of page.
Here is the Fla St Lucie vote tally as of 11/6. Remember there were TWO ballot cards per voter so if 100 people vote and hand in all the cards there would be 200 cards:
” note* - turnout percentages will show over 100% due to a two page ballot. the tabulation system (GEMS) provides voter turnout as equal to the total cards cast in the election divided by the number of registered voters. also note that some voters chose not to return by mail the second card containing the amendments.”

This is as of 11/6, and now the claim is that there are 900 ballots? I’d like to see a link to some official document making that claim.
Lemme guess...the discrepancy is due to same day voting rules?
Will St Lucie SoE have the courage to certify election results with 900 votes in precinct 93 with only 7 registered voters or will the SoE clean this aberration up before certifying them???
Recall how Al Franken won the senate seat in MN...same craploa of more people casting votes than were registered to vote.
Step up.
Recall how Al Franken won the senate seat in MN...same crapola of more people casting votes than were registered to vote.
snip- “(e) refrain from undertaking any ballot security activities in polling places or election districts where the racial or ethnic composition of such districts is a factor in the decision to conduct, or the actual conduct of, such activities there and where a purpose or significant effect of such activities is to deter qualified voters from voting; and the conduct of such activities disproportionately in or directed toward districts that have a substantial proportion of racial or ethnic populations shall be considered relevant evidence of the existence of such a factor and purpose;”
Read it and weep-

Your ways are so strange.
Question...in the state of Florida, can one walk up and register and vote on election day?
http://election.dos.state.fl.us/voter-registration/voter-reg.shtml
8.You must be registered for at least 29 days before you can vote in an election.
October 9th was the last day in Florida to legally register to vote for the election.
