Heres the image of the day, courtesy of The Blaze:
An Arizona gun store has a simple message for Barack Obama voters: youre not welcome here.
The Southwest Shooting Authority in Pinetop, Ariz. posted a sign on its door and took out a newspaper ad declaring that if you voted for the president last week, youre not allowed in.
If you voted for Obama, please turn around and leave! You have proven that you are not responsible enough to own a firearm! the sign states.
Owner Cope Reynolds conceded that he cant really tell who voted for Obama unless they own up to it but if they do, theyre out.
If they dont say anything, well never know, Reynolds said in an email to the Phoenix New Times. However, if they own up to it, we will not serve them.
He said in an explanation on AmmoLand that he did it to demonstrate once again that the bottom line for our business is principle, not money. Yes, it has been damaging at times but our values are intact.
You can read more about the Southwest Shooting Authority here.
“My filter for being nice to Obamaphone voters is gone. Gone. It is totally gone.”
So is God’s.
Yes but can the usefull idiots even read the signs?
All kidding aside, this is an outstanding idea. Shun the obamabots. Leave them to marinate in their idiotness.
Amen to that! Anyone who voted for 0bama voted for total lawlessness. They deserve to be shunned in every way.
You used to be in the OC, didn’t you? When did you move here and what part of AZ?
I WAS in The OC, you betcha!
I’m..........in an undisclosed location in AZ. :)
I asked a close unenrolled family member who he voted for...
he said “0bama... but, I was really hoping the other guy would win”.
Indicates to me a blindness going into the voting booth of someone who should know better; someone who should have done a bit more due diligence. Note that they could say the name of the guy they voted for, but not the “other guy”.
Multiply this instance by 100’s of thousands, and here we are.
If he was hoping "the other guy [Romney] would win" then why didn't he vote for him?
One idiot still has a forward sign out on my block.
How ironic! I was born in the OC and now live in AZ. Although, I have lived in AZ most of my life. I haven’t lived in Orangecounty in over 30 years.
Too cool...
How did you manage to ask the question though, just came out with it.
= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =
I don’t know how they did it
Just kind of have a sheepish grin on your face and casually mention - loud enough for others to be able to hear -
“That was some election huh? if you get a big grin and the answer is YEA MAN thumbs down.......if the person didn’t like the result he will probably kind of scowl and say yeah, I guess so.
The local news(?) paper has the word Democrat in the title and they have taken to put advertising stickers on the front page.
I purchase paper and in view of the clerk I take the sticker off and place it over the Democrat part of the Banner.
If the clerk scowls or shows ‘how dare you’ amazement, I manage to not go back to that particular store if at all possible.....
I was in the grocery store the day after the election and was standing in the checkout line to pay for my few items. There was a minority female in front of me, maybe 25 years old. She was singing the praises of ears and obamacare. So I asked her if she had a job. She said yes. I asked how the increase in taxes would affect her. She said, I kid you not, “My taxes ain’t going up, the rich are going to pay for it”.
All I could do was to shake my head.
Well, I’ll be darn. Congrats! You escaped! :o) When did that happen?
Like I said many times before: He needed the ignorant to reelect him and he got them
I don’t blame you one bit for letting her stand there with her one item
I just meant general location, like Phoenix or Tucson or Flagstaff, etc. I’m living in the town where Bristol Palin bought her house a few years ago (which she sold recently), but before that we lived in Scottsdale for 14 years. We’re also SoCal refugees, and other than the ocean, we don’t miss California at all.
Your comment sounds like an algebra word problem, lol. So you’re at least 30....
LOL!
You and me both. I refuse to acknowledge them in any way in my personal or professional life.
Personal life that's easy: I just cut them off and no longer communicate with them in any way. Period.
Professional life is a bit harder, so I make them jump through every bureaucratic hoop there is @ work. I'm the Principal Infrastructure Systems Architect (de facto Chief Architect) at the bank, so I make them fill out every requirements document, funding request, systems diagram, you name it before I'll even talk to them. The bureaucracy where I work can be stifling if you don't know how to work through the system and leverage your personal relationships to get work done.
The Obamanuts will spend weeks filling out paperwork having it rejected time and time again for not being completed properly before I'll even meet with them. My more Conservative friends at the bank know that I'm doing it to the Obamanuts deliberately and they're starting to do it also. It's really quite fun from my perspective.
