At least 304 early votes in St. Lucie County were not counted, according to a Florida elections official during early voting at a canvassing board meeting Friday night.
David Drury, head of the Division of Elections Bureau of Voting Systems Certifications also made a recommendation that the board re-run every early vote. The board will discuss that after running the 304 votes. It took about four hours to run the military and overseas ballots, which needed to be transferred by hand.
The board is preparing to run 304 ballots that were not counted.
Two attorneys are petitioning the Florida Secretary of State for a recount of every vote cast in Martin, St. Lucie and Palm Beach counties in the tightly contested District 18 race, which favored Patrick Murphy over U.S. Rep. Allen West.
Attorneys Jeffrey Scott Shapiro of Boca Raton and Mark Young of West Palm Beach sent out the request. Both have previously volunteered for West's campaign. However, West campaign manager Tim Edson said the attorneys sent the petition independent of West's team.

True. West did not just fold up and concede like a lot of repub candidates do.
He is fighting back, and best of all he is speaking up loudly and often.. which is rare for repubs.

This is the opportunity the GOP has in the black community....I believe millions of blacks have no voice in this country, because any independent thinking is immediately slammed down by the Democratic Orthodoxy, but the Republicans don’t reach out to this group....they feel like nobody represents them, so they remain quiet. These are the people the GOP needs to grab, but that would require Republican leadership going out of their “comfort zone.”

Contact the Secretary of State of the state in question. (See contact information below. Please provide others in COMMENTS.)
Send them the press clippings, or personal testimonials of clear vote fraud witnessed. (Statistical aberrations are helpful too like a historical 50% turnout in 2004, 2008 but a 90% turnout in a specific precinct despite an overall LOWER state turnout.)
Demand a public recount AND investigation, with a commitment to fight to replace THEM in the next election if they do not do so.
Email/Phone/Visit EVERY WEEK if not EVERY DAY. This will take weeks of steady pressure to get them to move.
Get your friends and neighbors to do the same.
Contact the OTHER 4 states to do the same as above.
Contact the Governor and the local GOP office with the SAME pressure.

If you are in those states (or know people who are) start attempting to find OTHERS with evidence of fraud. See if you can identify the precinct judges where the statistical aberations occur to pass along to the True the Vote which is set up to sue these entities with Judicial Watch.
Try to visit (or call) your local representative asking for their help to put pressure on. It doesn’t hurt that if they don’t or won’t you make it your goal to find and fund a challenger to them for allow open and honest elections – the fabric of freedom in this country – to not only go unchallenged, but to institutionalized.

Help us find, fund or coordinate willing lawyers, statisticians, pollsters and activists.
I can not reiterate enough that if this is NOT CHALLENGED NOW, we will could loose the House of Representatives in 2014 and possibly every election forward to massive voter fraud. Imagine Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi reenacting the first two years of Obama’s reign with more Stimulus, Cash for Cars, Solyndra’s and ObamaCare’s.
This fight can not be put off for another election cycle or another day. Or there will no longer be a constitutional America. Put down your foot and make the declaration, “THIS VOTE FRAUD WILL NOT STAND!”

WTH can’t they just count every valid vote just once?
Before this is over, I bet they find several bags of lost ballots that all are for Algore and we will find out that he actually won Florida after all. But, in a triple recount, the hanging chads will determine that Algore won Florida by 5 million votes and should have been president. The Socialist Senate of Amerika will then determine that Algore will be appointed dictator in chief for eight years after Premier Obama is done because Algore got cheated out of his eight years. No elections in 2016 or 2020.
If this black woman who had these 304 ballots in her office, actually withheld them because they were Allen West votes, she should go to jail! This kind of stuff happens everywhere, Philly, Cleveland, all the major cities. There is NO supervision and our elections have been compromised.
