Susan Rice was not lying but put a softer touch on the September 11 attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya, Sen. Saxby Chambliss (R-Ga.) said Friday.
"I'm not saying she lied, I'm just saying she didn't tell [the truth], Chambliss said on MSNBC. She put a softer touch on what the real facts were. That's not lying.

Reminds me of Sandy Berger and him just being “sloppy”
Saxby runs for the hills like a scalded dog.
Orwellian Newsspeak. Now lies are just softer versions of the truth or simply editing errors. Speaking truth apparently is a revolutionary act.
He is a LYING SAXBY OF SH!T
Hey, Saxby... 4 Amercians are dead. They’re not “a softer version of dead”. They’re just dead...and I’m sure they want someone to fight for the truth over their deaths. Obviously, you (Saxby) care more about political gibberish ...

Is that like not saying you are ‘knocked up’, but you are ‘with child’???
Senator, Rice lied. By omission or commission, she lied.
If your child told you such stories, you would be incensed...and that is within your family—not National Security issues.
No wonder the populace that votes Republican is disgusted.
They’re not the “stupid party”. They just won an election that never should have been won and they did it by running against a former President with an average unemployment rate of 4.7%.

I don’t know what the 2nd sentence means at all, but anytime the Republicans make things this easy for the Dems to do their evil deeds, I will call them the stupid party.
And I think Thomas Sowell is great, too. ;-)
The GOP (including Bush himself) have never responded to the attacks on Bush's 4.7% ave unemployment rate as being the "worst economy since Herbert Hoover".
I'm no big fan of George Bush but it does not take a rocket scientist to see that the economy started to take its downfall after the democrats gained control of both Houses in 2006. The GOP never responded to those attacks. In fact there are many (including Romney himself) who have conceded the issue to the democrats and agreeing that it was Bush who destroyed the economy totally ignoring that it happened after Pelosi and Reid came to power.
I agree with those who have their faults about Bush. He was too liberal for me too (especially in his second term)but politically it's the GOP that's the stupid party.
I know what you mean, as a voting block the democrats are the stupid party.
