A man was tasered by police after he picked up his garden hose and attempted to stop a fire spreading that was threatening to engulf his home.
Dan Jensen, 42, awoke from a nap last Thursday when he hear his wife, Angela, also 42, scream that the house next door at 3420 Beechwood Terrace N in Tampa Bay was ablaze.
When the father of two went outside, the fire had already engulfed his neighbors home and a fence in between the two houses and the flames were starting to lick the corners of the Jensens' home.

Yes lets do that. The officers trespassed upon his property; they assaulted him and kidnapped him. Three direct actions that trampled his rights. The police have no duty and are not responsible to protect anyone. You live in a fantasy world if you think so.
Is it too much Kaczynski time in Alaska? Clearly, rationality is not your strong suit. Please try to keep the discussion about the topic without the personal jabs. I’ll give you that neither of us was there for this one. I have been there for others, both as a fireman and as a cop. Not all choices are easy and not everyone is looking to screw with a person’s rights.
On a side note, I really have huge problems with the dog shooters. Those guys are on some kind of power trip. I’ve been taste tested on several occasions. None ended in dog casualties.
