Actually Ted Grant’s proposals (in post 57) are pretty smart. Why may distressed families owe money to the IRS? The govt doesn’t need their pennies as much as they do.

How the heck am I supposed to argue with someone who tells me to look things up myself, and then when pressed, gives me the results of a Google search? Seriously.
