St. Lucie County Supervisor of Elections Gertrude Walker said she won't back down if state officials get involved...

What exactly is that supposed to mean?

In the video she says she will allow the state officials..., what does she mean allow? She's not the top election official in the state. They'll review if they want, and her opinion is nothing more than that.
