My big unanswered question is: Why the Panetta Switch last year.

Was it because he was controllable via blackmail and Jarrett had a plan?

Broadwell said Petraeus was not happy about not being promoted to the Joint Chiefs and that he asked for the CIA job. That was on the U. of Denver speech. I may have misunderstood what she said.
