Holder uses his FBI to do his bidding. In Benghazi, for example, Holder kept the FBI out of the Benghazi murder location for 24 days.
This was done so that there was enough time for random destruction of evidence of Holder’s Gun, Ammo and Missile running to the various militias in Syria, some of whom were al-Qaeda.
To cover for the CIA torturing of the two Benghazi Militia prisoners, (as documented by Broadwell on Oct 26), Holder’s lawyers crafted a statement stating that the CIA no longer has any prisoner authority, does not have prison camps anymore, and shame on anybody for even suggesting it!
However, Holder’s letter for the CIA did NOT deny that they had been holding and torturing 2 Benghazi Prisoners. Holder just said that the CIA had no authority to do so.

Time was of the essence as all delays were good delays for Holder.
Thus, the struggle between Holder’s gun-running and Petraeus’ CIA was on a collision course.
Having no allies, Petraeus bent Petticoat Paula’s ear, BENGHAZI-COWARD Obama got re-elected by the 47 %, Holder’s FBI was busy gathering titillation blackmail, and finally Petraeus saw no way out but to quit.
