Former Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairman Michael Steele is floating the idea of running for his old post again.
In an interview on C-SPAN on Sunday, Steele was first asked if he thought current RNC Chairman Reince Priebus should run for another term. Priebus has suggested that he is leaning toward running for reelection.

YES. Priebus agreed with Romney and Sununu and Romney's lawyer to cut conservatives and the Tea Party out of the Repubican Party when they took the rule before the body at the convention and said the vote passed when it didn't. That rules said if the candidate doesn't agree on the delegates the state chooses, the candidate can replace them with whomever he wants. Romney wanted that rule so he could replace any conservative delegate he wanted to at the next national convention. The rule is still there but Romney won't be the one using it. Delegates chosen from the states IS the Republican Party. Priebus gave away the Party to Romney.
Priebus is also the one who wouldn’t let the name “Tea Party” be mentioned from the platform. Not one time was the name “Tea Party” referred to so not one time was that name mentioned on TV.
PRIEBUS IS THE BIGGEST RINO OF THEM ALL!
time to change folks.....
Looks like I'll look for a new party with which to affiliate AND send money to but it would never, ever be Libertarian Party.
Puke on him and Preebus.
I think the law is wrong and we need to become much more aggressive in changing the law ~ use any means ~ in fact ~ if the killers won't bend.
However, the other side has all the guns which makes precipitate action very dangerous.
So, how do you stand on that?
Remember that gerrymandering is so bad there's no sense messing with the guys running for incumbent House members because they usually come with a 55% to 70% same party backing and couldn't be dislodged under normal conditions.
Preibus ended up cutting off his funds ~
But again, the party at the top ~ at the RNC level ~ should have been on the look out for new first time senatorial candidates popping out of the primaries, and then made sure they didn't get involved in these leftwingtard interviews ~ and/or debates.
Again, Preibus sought to guarantee defeat for some candidates. That's not the sort of behavior we should reward.
Any black who strays from the reservation will be hunted down by the hounds and killed.
It's like they've wasted the Civil War.
That was a successful initiative.
Here’s an idea... No. We need to stop repeating our mistakes...
“Michael Steele floats running for RNC chairman again”
I know the election results were depressing, but not that depressing.
No thanks, Michael. Try getting a job as an announcer on the Cartoon Channel.
Steele sucked. Whats wrong with Ken Blackwell?
“I do believe you are still fighting the lesbian thing......That was a successful initiative.”

“Lesbian thing”??? I have absolutely no idea what you’re talking about. Are you sure you didn’t mean to address your reply to someone else?
Don't try to plead innocent with me ~ that was the ONLY time that ever came up.
“Steele was very good...we won big in 2010......”

Sorry, Steele had nothing to do with the successful Republican wave in 2010. It happened in spite of him—not because of him.
Steele was as responsible for that wave as Obama is responsible for the increase in US domestic production in oil and gas in recent years. Both happened against the headwinds produced by Steele and Obama. Of course, that doesn’t stop them (and their apostles) from trying to take credit.
muawiyah, either you are delusional or your senility is setting in. In either case naybe you should see a doctor.
no, that's not senility on my part ~
It was one of those events of a tuly bizarre nature that a person could never forget ~ rather like this General Petraeus typing contest ~ tens of thousands of flirtatious e-mails with other guy's wives, etc.
