Gingrich ‘dumbfounded’ by Obama win
Yahoo News ^ | November 12, 2012 | Claudine Zap, The Ticket

Add Newt Gingrich to the list of Republicans coming to terms with the loss of the presidential election. On Monday, the former speaker of the House sounded reflective on the "Today" show, saying, "We need to stop, take a deep breath and learn." He added, "The president won an extraordinary victory. And the fact is, we owe him the respect of trying to understand what they did and how they did it."

Gingrich said, "But if you had said to me three weeks ago Mitt Romney would get fewer votes than John McCain and it looks like he'll be 2 million fewer, I would have been dumbfounded." …

Are you stupid?

What part of " trying to understand what they did and how they did it." don't you understand?

Obama won with his targeted GOTV effort despite small crowds at events his people got his voters to the ballot box .

Now I realize this delights some freepers who refused to vote Romney because it would somehow bloody their hands for any number of claimed reasons...

Who shouldn’t be allowed to vote is anyone on government assistance.

Welfare- no vote
Unemployment compensation- not vote
Food stamps- no vote
Aid for dependent children- no vote

etc.

It’s an obvious conflict of interest.

Mine is too, she’s 85 and is a lifelong Republican! Not only that, all the people, male and female in our house, voted for Romney (or supported him)!

I’m wondering if we should remind this chuckle-head that there were a lot of women who voted for Ronald Reagan, George Bush Sr. and George Bush Jr.? I wonder how they got in? It wasn’t all men!

I don’t believe the voter fraud affecting the outcome. We lost the culture war. BUT, we can win the next culture war (note: not an election, but changing society back to pre-Bubba morality)

I posted last week that, if Romney won with his campaign strategy, that I would man up and admit that he was right and I was wrong.

yep. Like many of us, I set aside my feelings in the primaries and the previous few years after seeing his performances in the the first debate and largely the second debate. He seemed to rise to the occasion and frankly represented better in that format than anyone we have had in a couple decades.

I was ready to admit I was wrong all along as an ABR primary voter. I turns out we were dead right. He failed to be able to pull people to our side because much of our beliefs are not in his core. His team also put together a strategy bound to fail against what we knew was a well organized and effective opposition. That strategy was born from the same mindset our party poobahs have used overtime as they lose race after race.

You mean, Newt Gingrich, who attacked a political imbecile like "Myth Romney" ...

1) who declared that he "loved to fire people" ...

2) slandered his voter-based with his STUPID 47-percent remarks ...

As a historical reminder, Newt Gingrich won the 2012 South Carolina GOP Primary in a "landslide upset" against Mr. Pro-Abortion, Pro-Gay Marrigage, Pro-Romney Care ...

"Myth Romney".

After Newt's brilliant victory ...

the GOP E-RINO establishment (including Rush Limbaugh) decided to politically ASSASSINATE Newt in favor of their "Bain Capital Boy" ...

Just the Facts, Maam ...

How can you not believe the reports that are confirmed... two Federal election judges fired in Hamilton Ohio... seiu union goons changing Military ballots in West's district... 148% turnout in some Philly precincts etc etc etc etc etc. It was real and it was done exactly where the rats needed to do it. Our elections are a sham as is our government.

I don’t know that voter fraud was enough to put Obama over the top in the swing states.

IN any case, it is a waste of time bringing it up, since the cheater OWNS the Department of Justice and the Federal Election Commission.

just a simple statement of fact. you said you were angry with the government that ran the elections. The Constitution leaves that task to the states. So, there are 50 state governments. you are angry at one, or not?

Can you tell us which state let you down?

First, as I've stated before at Free Republic, I was geniuinely impressed with some of Romney's campaign performances ... he was at least acting ...

"Severely Conservative" ... (Myth's own exact phrase) ...

.. but even that phrase TURNED-OFF more Tea Party Conservatives than anything else ...

Romney's "47-percent" remark ?

I won't quibble about the numerical value ... my own guess is that it's at least 35-perecent ...

BUT ...

Any "intelligent" POTUS Candidate NEVER says anything like that ...

even during a "behind-closed-doors-millionaire-fundraiser" ...

even if it's ONLY to direct family members ...

because, sooner or later, the "remark" hits the NYT ...

and the candidate is DOA (politically).

"All of Us" ... woud love to FIRE an incompetent plumber, teacher, dogcatcher ... if if was necessary ...

but any "intelligent" POTUS candidate would NEVER say that he "loves to fire people" ...

when the national REAL unemployment rate is hovering near 20-percent.

The "ugly" fact is that Bain Capital handed-out far too many Pink Slips ...

against a "background" of the Bain CEO and Executives making MILLIONS upon MILLIONS ... living life in luxury ...

I would suggest that if Romney had donated some $ 10 million to his "former employees" ...

and they were willing to ENDORSE-PRAISE Romney in TV commercials ...

then Romney MIGHT actually be the President-Elect today.

BTW. I have my own business. I am a dedicated captitalist.

What is there to be dumbfounded about?

Massive voter fraud is pretty easy to understand.

It's becoming crystal clear why Obama seemingly "screwed-up" at the crucial first prez debate---giving Romney a huge opening (or so it seemed).

O's debate screwup was no accident----he said he was "being polite" to Romney---b/c he knew the crooked election was in the bag for him. Ohaha and his cunning, sinister crew knew then that O would win...... no matter what Romney did or said. B/c the WH orders had already gone out----their massive voter fraud operation was already in place.

=====================================================

REFERENCE Pre-election mark o'malley excerpt: Every campaign, of course, believes it’s going to win. Obama’s team, however, conveys such a visceral sense of self-confidence that even protestations to the contrary take on air of comically profane absurdity......

NOW THIS IS EERY---B/C AXEL ADMITS HE KNEW WHO WAS GOING TO WIN Axelrod’s way of saying that he thinks the election is already over. . . “The (Romney camp has) this fantasy that the debates will come and the dam will break like it did in 1980,” Axelrod said. “I think they are delusional.”

===================================================

Clearly the sinister Axelrod knew the outcome even before the debates began.

Axelrod: “The (Romney camp) didn’t give people anything to grab on to, and they allowed us to define him before he could define himself,” Axelrod says of Romney.

SAY WHAT? Early on, O's campaign spent an astounding $300 million to tarnish Bain/Romney-----with little or no effect. Romney kept climbing in the polls----virtually every poll had Romney ahead.

Make no mistake---massive voter fraud took place---the Ohaha connivers were confident of victory b/c they were micromanaging the fraud from Day One.

===============================================

We've seen some pretty shady characters in the political game---but no campaign has produced the likes of the Chi/Mob con artists running Ohaha's sleazy game.

David Axelrod has shown himself to be The Most Sinister Character ever to surface in politics.

Axel, Valerie whatsherface, Rahm Emanuel, m/m Ohaha---are the kingpins of crooked Chi/politics---they are very practiced at fixing elections. They know all the sleazy tricks. It makes me laugh when these con artists pop up on-camera doing their "we're harmless" act.

===============================================

All the crucial swing states have Repub Secy's of State---they could have easily found the voter fraud. Romney should not have conceded---he remained duped and sap-happy til the end......like McDumbo/McCain.

Capitalists should alway be ready to pay people who can help them succeed. Failing to do so suggests they aren’t really capitalists, or, worse, that they’re just cheap.

The current voter rolls need to be frozen- locked away and NEVER used again.

EVERY single person who wants to vote must then go to the country registrars offices and re-register with a photo ID & proof of citizenship. No ‘voter registration’ drives by anyone- especially ACORN or the League of Women Voters. I once trusted the LWV—I don’t any more. Either you wish to vote & will spend the time to go to the official offices to register or you won’t.

States can give photo ID’s to anyone who claims to not have one- but only for voting and only with proper paperwork to obtain such. Nicki Haley offered such to her state residents & only less than 1100 took the offer. The ID’s were free & a free ride to the DMV to get the ID were offered. It was well publicized and there is no excuse for anyone in that state to claim they don’t have an ID to vote.

Future death certificates cannot be issued to settle estate until every state has been notified and that dead person’s name is scrubbed from the voter rolls. With computers, this won’t be a problem. Then the name & other data has to be frozen so it cannot be re-used.

523 people over the age of 112 on the voter rolls is just plain stupid. Willard Scott has better records than that.

Having tens of multiple people all registered at the same home is also stupid. Software can flag such problems. The registrars just are not trying to prefent fraud.

Future voters must show photo ID when they go to the polls to vote. Such ID must be unalterable.

No more motor voter laws. Allowing an illegal to have a driver’s license and then forcing the DMV clerk to hand out a voter registration card form to such an applicant is bizarre. That clerk knows the illegal cannot legally vote, but they will lose their job if they don’t hand out the registration forms. End this crap!!

No more early voting. Election day has turned into election month. Far too many ways to vote multiple times.

Every student must only vote in one location. I am positive that many college students are voting on campus in person & they are voting absentee from their family homes. They think it is funny. I don’t think so at all.

Absentee voting has to have some restriction, also. Sending a bundle of ballots to an assisted living home where the majority of the residents are warehoused by their families because they are in the throes of dementia or worse, the ‘staff’ ends up filling out the ballots. Many of those staff members are union members of SEIU. They will happily participate in voter fraud. Such a person’s absentee ballot should be sent to the family if they are capable of voting unassisted.

In general, absentee voting has to be restricted.

Military ballots must be sent out earlier and respected. The Democrats know that the majority of military voters are Republican and they do their best to cramp that voting bloc.

There have to be more poll watchers from all parties. Incidents such as what happened in Philadelphia cannot be tolerated. Appointed Republican poll watchers were physically thrown out of Philly ward polls and not re-instated until over 5 hours later by a judge!!! What happened to the votes while the Democrat poll watchers were there alone??

New Black Panthers, already convicted of prior voter intimidation had the nerve to re-appear at the same locations this year. No police would remove them. Holder tuened them loose without sentencing. Justice ? Not by my standards.

There must be a representative of both parties ‘helping’ a voter when they need it. One alone cannot be allowed to happen.

Finally—it is time for a return to paper ballots.

Too many instances of ‘trying to vote for Romney & Obama comes up on the screen’ happened all over the country. Telling a voter ‘that the machine just needs to be re-calibrated’ isn’t correct either. They have had over 2 years to have these machines in top running order. There is obviously too much room for voter fraud. I don’t trust the software, either.

Paper ballots—a copy for the voter— and ballots counted where they are cast & results sent to state headquarters.

We are letting Democrats who are more than willing to cheat walk all over us and steal our votes.

IF we did our monthly grocery shopping and got home, only to find a group of people willing to take everything we just bought away from us, we would scream like hell and we would get some assistance. Charges would be filed, etc.

We are letting the most precious thing we have as USA citizens be taken from us—our VOTE—and we are not even whimpering.

I am done voting Republican until they grow a spine and go after this massive voter fraud. A billion dollars +++ spent on Romney’s campaign and we are not even looking up out of our bedcovers over the voter fraud.

Shame on the Republican ‘leaders’ we thought we had. Shame on every Republican who has the power to do something about this.

Go to www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2958155/posts and find plenty of instances of voter fraud.

If we are smart enough to run most of the businesses in the USA and employ most of the people, how come we are unwilling to protest legally about this fraud.???

Seems only Allen West has a voice.
