What the heck is wrong with FR that only one push of the post button gets a triple post and I had to stop it from doing another!

I AM SORRY FOR THE TRIPLE POST....AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

I HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO STOP IT!

The third night I tried the ping I got it only once because I posted & backed it out immediately. Otherwise who knows how many times it would have posted. LOL
