“The Wall Street Journal’s MarketWatch is reporting that the Spire Law Group, LLP has moved its mass tort action into the federal court in Brooklyn, New York. In this District Court lawsuit (Case No. 12-cv-04269-JBW-RML), the Spire Law Group, LLP is acting on the behalf of homeowners across the country seeking to halt all foreclosures nationwide until the return of the $43 trillion.”

Can it be verified if the WSJ’s MarketWatch has indeed reported on this lawsuit?

Not saying the lawsuit has merit or hasn’t merit....but looking to see if it’s gotten the WSJ attention.

Googled it. It’s a press release by Spire Law Group, LLC:

I can factually tell you I saw it Friday and read the article. Did some preliminary research on the law-firm named in the article and didn't find much that would lead me to believe they're credible. I thought I bookmarked it but didn't, and since I flush my cache everytime my browser closes the link's gone.......

I clicked the link, and there was another link to click that takes you to Marketwatch. The article is there. It appears to be a press release from the law firm that has filed the suit.

Can’t really tell about the merits of the case, evidence they may have etc. from the article.
