True, but the troubling part is possible prosecution. The 1st amendment protects idiots from themselves.
By the way, this is how we’re able to identify liberals. Of course a homicidal ice scream scooper would probably have been promoted to manager for wishing bad things for Bush, circa 2007 or so.
