What is this ? Are these precinct results from St Lucie? And the results from the FL Sec of State ?
If so identify the precincts if possible .
I understand that each Vote is comprised of two sheets because of the number of positions to be voted for. If there were no selections made on the second sheet it likely was not run through the scanner, giving the warped numbers. That percent column was not from the State office, but created by the folk that created the listing to add confusion to the count method.
