WHY would Issa back off from having him testify???

The only reason I can think of is that Issa feels the General's testimony wouldn't be believed now because of his affair.

Even that opens a new can of worms....is this some kind of game plan by someone.....oh, my mind's in a blender.....

Maybe because Obama has the goods on Issa, too. It’s good to be king, and also good to have the negatives. We’re so screwed. Petraeus is/was our only hope of knowing the truth. Now the fix is in.

Pereaus was scheduled to testify in the SENATE hearing. Issa is with the HOUSE committee hearings.
