Republican Governors Association chairman Bob McDonnell (R.,Va.) agrees, and has announced that Virginia will implement neither provision. Thank you, Bob!!

Just do nothing and let America crash. The Depression was prolonged because idiots kept trying to tinker with an already broke system. Stop tinkering, let it crash, blame Obama and the other Rats then rebuild in the way it should have been built in the first place. The GOP has nothing to lose and nothing to gain by letting it go off the cliff.

It's important to point out relentlessly the differences between ObamaCare and the health plan that high elected government officials enjoy.
This is one of its biggest weaknesses.
Are the President, members of Congress, cabinet members, forced to opt-in to ObamaCare? Why not? How much do they pay for their plans? Are their medical planning decisions subject to review by outside panels?
This is an important part of the push-back process.

But, but....Crybaby Boehner said that "it's the law of the land" and, and that "there's no such thing as a Tea Party Caucus"...this will make him cry, again.
/sI saw this guy (Michael Cannon) on Wilkow's show, last night. It was encouraging, to say the least. He mentioned that Congress, under the Constitution, does NOT have the power to implement 0Care...for several reasons including the IPAB piece and the fact that revenue measures originated in the senate. I believe he's with the Cato Institute.

Government at all levels should get out of the health care business. Medical costs will be drastically reduced if we can get rid of all the "cares" like Obamacare, Romneycare, Medicare, etc. No state is required to participate in any of these intrusive and unconstitutional schemes.

States need to ban enforcement of the mandate in their states, as three voted to do Tuesday.

So if muslims REPORTEDLY don’t have to abide by Obamacare regulations, then why should anyone else under the “equal protection act”?
