They couldn’t outright remove the votes or the totals wouldn’t match with the individual, public voting records. But they could well have a percentage of those votes switched.
But would that still count as "'x' number of republicans less than 2008?"
If not, that is how they could have done it.
In other words, If, when they say "2.8 million less Republicans...", they mean 2.8 less republican VOTES...I think we can see how this could have been stolen...
So...who’s doing the comparison of voting role entries to votes counted? Should be an element of the elections board oversight, but who is confirming that?
