BALTIMORE (CBSDC) Attorney General Eric Holder might not be sticking around for a second term.
Holder told law school students at the University of Baltimore School of Law that he does not know if he will stay in his job.
Thats something that Im in the process now of trying to determine, Holder said. I have to think about, can I contribute in a second term?
Holder says he needs to sit down with his family and President Obama to see if he wants to continue on the job.
[I have to] really ask myself the question about, do I think there are things that I still want to do? Do I have gas left in the tank? Its been an interesting and tough four years, so I really just dont know, Holder told students.
Holder has been under fire from congressional Republicans for what he knew about the botched Fast and Furious operation where the U.S. allowed guns to be sold illegally in hopes to track Mexican drug cartels. Holder was found in contempt of Congress for refusing to turn over documents regarding the operation. President Obama has invoked executive privilege.
Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was reportedly killed with one of the guns used in the ATF operation.
Terrys December 2010 death lifted the veil on the bungled federal governments gun-smuggling investigation that was later the subject of congressional probes.
Federal authorities have faced heavy criticism for allowing suspected straw gun buyers to walk away from shops with weapons, rather than arrest the suspects and seize the guns there.
Two rifles bought by a gun-smuggling ring that was being monitored through Fast and Furious were found at the scene. But authorities have declined to say whether the murder weapon in Terrys death was linked to a purchase

If any one person is worthy of such an ignominious honor, it is Massachusetts' newest Liberal Liar, Senator Fake Indian Granny.
Maybe Scott Brown will grab Kerry's vacant seat and go back to the Senate with Fauxcahantas.
Whites need not apply.
They’ll just put in a non-racial, non-partisan normal person. /s
“Maybe Scott Brown will grab Kerry’s vacant seat and go back to the Senate with Fauxcahantas.”
Nope, ain’t gonna happen. The next senator will be former Congressman Marty Meehan who is currently running UMASS Lowell.
ah, maaahty, in the traditional holding pattern at umass.
He should be in jail.
I heard he was going to open a firearms factory in Mexico and cut out the middlemen.
“ah, maaahty, in the traditional holding pattern at umass”
Absolutely! Generally reserved for upper level hacks; the community college system reserved for the lower level hacks and coat holders.
The Massachusetts hack caste system.

Zell Miller
The best blue dog dem we ever had in the Senate.
Zell Miller in his speech at 2004 Republican National Convention....
In his keynote convention speech, delivered on September 1, 2004 at the RNC Convention, Miller criticized the current state of the Democratic Party. He said, "No pair has been more wrong, more loudly, more often than the two senators from Massachusetts Ted Kennedy and John Kerry." He also criticized John Kerry's Senate voting record, claiming that Kerry's votes against bills for defense and weapon systems indicated support for weakening U.S. military strength.
Although nominally a member of the Democratic Party, Miller has endorsed Republicans since at least 2004. He backed Republican President George W. Bush over Democratic nominee John Kerry in the 2004 presidential election and since 2003 has frequently criticized the Democratic Party, and has publicly supported several Republican candidates. In 2006, Miller did voice-overs (narrations) for Republican candidate commercials in Georgia state elections (George "Sonny" Perdue and Ralph Reed).
He declared early in 2008 that he would not support either Senator Barack Obama or Senator Hillary Clinton in the presidential election. He supported Senator John McCain instead. After Obama was elected President and Democrats increased their majorities in the House and Senate, he endorsed Republican Saxby Chambliss in the Senate run-off against Democrat Jim Martin and criticized Obama over "spreading the wealth".[
In 2012, Miller served as the national co-chair to the campaign of Republican presidential candidate Newt Gingrich. The same year, Miller endorsed Doug Collins, the Republican candidate in the 9th District of Georgia congressional race.[
My take? It isn’t going to matter who.....( that is unless Obama wants to throw out a bipartisan bone to conservatives! HA)
Obama is going to control any decisions a AG would need help with... the AG is going to just be Obama’s puppet!
This cartoon explains it very well.

I hope he quits. I also hope his replacement isn’t from that same cabal. Reno, Holder, Gorelick, Seth Waxman. That’s a bad clique.
