JACKSON, Miss. A protest at the University of Mississippi against the re-election of President Barack Obama grew into crowd of about 400 people with shouted racial slurs as rumors of a riot spread on social media. Two people were arrested on minor charges.
The university said in a statement Wednesday that the gathering at the student union began late Tuesday night with about 30 to 40 students, but grew within 20 minutes as word spread. Some students chanted political slogans while others used derogatory racial statements and profanity, the statement said.

It ought to have told people all they needed to know about Crisco Christie to know that he supports the building of Section 8 housing smack dab in the middle of nice suburbs where white people fled the black undertow. New Jersey is determined that no white person shall escape the enrichment of diversity, even if it kills them.

OMG: this is for real? just insane.
I have been complaining to every Housing Inspector in front of a prospective Tenant. When are you going to have some classes for your Sec 8's, to learn how to maintain a home that is given to them for FREE.
I get "Crickets". Oh, I could tell you lots of stories on these Abdul people.

Yeah, the arab word for black and slave is one and the same abul.
Actually, the word "abd" means "servant" or "slave" in Arabic. "Abdul" is actually a construction meaning "servant (or slave) of". So, Abdul Rahman would be "Servant of Rahman." I have some Egyptian Christian friends with the name Abdulmassih, which translates into "servant of the Messiah."
It is sometimes used colloquially to designate a black person. "Abd" is singular; "abeed" is plural.
Now in some Arab societies it is viewed as a derogatory word, carrying some of the same connotations as the n-word in ours. I met a few young doctors from Syria some years ago. In conversation, I used the word "abd" to refer to a black person--not in a negative way, but I was used to hearing my Syrian parents use it when I was growing up. The young doctors winced. "I HATE that word" one of them said. The accepted/politically correct term now is "sood," which literally means the color black.

“We’re not talking the educated Black’s i.e. Allen West, Sowell, Thomas, etc...”
What about the Obamas, Valerie Jarret, Cornel West, Farrakan, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Emanuel Cleaver, Charlie Rangel, Maxine Waters, Cynthia McKinney, etc?
All have attended college, some have advanced degrees.
The problem is not their education or necessarily their skin color; it is their belief system, ideology, world view.
There are plenty of white or yellow or brown folks running around, with or without education, who have not EARNED any respect.
Jesus said, “By their fruits you shall know them”. No mention of education, skin color, national origin, economic status, etc.

That’s an interesting video. A similar response happened when the SEIU thugs tried to break into a Tea Party meeting in South Carolina.

Some students chanted political slogans while others used derogatory racial statements and profanity, the statement said. I'd be sure there were far more derogatory racial statements and profanity at the various Obama victory celebrations across the country.
Comparing this small incident with the protests accompanying James Meredith's entry as the first black student at Ole Miss in 1962, which the WaPo did, is like comparing a gnat to an elephant.

Yes, but in the eyes of WaPo and LIBS everywhere, a gnat and and elephant are compatible because they can both be found on the same continent.
I am expecting Holder to be sending shock troops to UMISS with a handful of hate crime warrants and indictments.

It's a little thing You wrote a great post, very important and informative. But, I don't think it's a little thing at all -- it's a BIG thing the media do, capitalize African-American, Asian, Hispanic, Latino -- and then use white, small "w." It IS used to demean and debase Whites -- that's why I ALWAYS capitalize "White" in reference to White people -- wish everyone did.
