Please DONOT Hijack this thread to spew your wish of hell and damnation on the residents of NY and NJ. They are fellow Americans and as the bible says the rain falls on the just and the unjust. Such rants are not what FR is about and is liken to the acts of DUmmies.

Not from me...I’m just going to enjoy all the whiners that depend on government realize government is a lie and a crock.
They want their big government...suffer for it with no power, water, food, gasoline, etc.!

Preppers’ PING!!
This is why those who complain the preppers over do it by having more than just a few days of preps are wrong! Often disasters are often followed by troubles a Hurricane can past and then a few days later a levee fails. You make it through a earthquake and then a few days later a major bridge collapse cutting off help and supplies.

When it’s 30 below zero here and we have two feet of snow, and my heating bill is $500, let’s just say tiny violins will be playing.

No problem. Chris Christie can just pick up the phone and call his good pal Barack Obama. I’m sure Obama will drop everything and be right there to help.

It is not my intention to bash the people who suffered a loss ,
Just a few thoughts
#1 Bury the dead.........pray for their salvation
#2 Treat the wounded.....pray for their recovery
#3 Do not rebuild anything that was destroyed by the storm/storms, roads built on sand, houses , etc , move out of harms way, why invite disaster and suffering every 100 years or so.

Look they chose to live there. Most of us didn’t.
How about we balance the budget and agree to no more bailouts?

If allowing people to fully realize the consequences of there choices is damning them, who is responsible for their damnation?
Why am I somehow bad if I treat people who have chosen a path with the tolerance to let them walk it?
The overwhelming majority of NYers want to live in a Nannie state world where faith-based charity is frowned upon and the State redistributes to each based on their need.

I hope the people are prepared. If they aren’t, I hope they have somewhere to go and some way to get there.

There is one thing this storm taught me, even out here in the Desert Grasslands - keep at least some bug-out supplies in a waterproof container.
In regards to your comment, I would never wish harm on a fellow American. The several fellow Americans that live in NY an NJ have my prayers and sympathy; the rest, not so much.

God works in mysterious ways! Maybe the mainstream will start reporting the truth about what is really happening in NY and NJ.... now that they don’t have to cover for himself.

They are fellow Americans They include people who wished Republicans be washed out to sea by a Hurricane. They include people who have rejoiced repeatedly at the suffering in fly over country when nature struck. They include people who wish cancers and death on people they disagree with politically.
