Well I guess it will have to go to court and on to the Supreme court. I think Obama should be put on medicare along with large wife only the best for our President.

This is a super serious issue. States need to exert their rights. That is yet another argument for why I voted for marijuana here in Wa.

States no longer have any real relevance. Neither does Congress come to think of it.

Actually you are wrong. This is now the direction that the country is on. Increasing direct confrontation between the states and the Feds in court and open defiance by the states. This will be followed by regional alliances of states as they join forces to resist federal mandates. Eventually their will be a confrontation between federal law enforcement and state law enforcement. Where it goes from there is a good question.
