It’s the candidate not the policies that are the problem. Romney had much less support everywhere.

This is true. Lots of Santorum support in Michigan during the primary which led to a tie that was broken by a late night rule change that gave Romney 1 more vote.

The simple fact is that Romney had his worst primary ever in Michigan this year. In 08 Romney won the primary over McCain by about 10%. This year he "won" by a fraction of a percent over Santorum.

I LIKE that guy! I’m definitely moving to Texas!

Just out of curiosity...how will you fight them? Serious question.

The two most important things that we CAN do, 100%, is to get our children out of the godless, communist schools, and to boycott the media.

Can you imagine the message it would send if conservatives pulled their kids out of the schoolag archipelago?

We managed to homeschool one of our children all the way through. My wife sent our other daughter to govt school for the first time this year. I'm going to fight harder to get her out. The war begins at home. Remember what Jesus said about that.

I will cut off the outspoken Obama-supporting members of the family here in America.

My mom was from the UK (I've seen the disaster of national health) and my dad from Poland. I have card-carrying commies on both sides of the family overseas, so I know what communism is. And I know what communists are. My uncle, a labor union leader, is a sewer rat.

I will be more outspoken about politics. "Are you a Republican or a communist?", etc.

I'm also considering moving to a red state, especially one that will fight Obamacare.

Most importantly, I have to improve my prayer life.

And... I'm also looking for suggestions. I'm going to turn my negative energy in a positive direction.

The effect of not having a federally funded women’s health program in the state has been exactly nil. Will be an interesting 4 years.

I was wrong about Perry. I didn’t think he had the balls to stand up to Obamacare. But, he’s been awesome. His AG is presently held up in court trying to finish off PP.

God Bless You. I have little family, but most all live in the same or neighboring red states of Indiana and Kentucky. Advice...don’t move to Kentucky. It votes Republican for national offices(except here in Louisville), but votes mostly Democrat at state levels(they want both guns and welfare...go figure).

Alot of discussion about moving to Texas. I fear Texas will eventually go blue(out of control border). Idaho, Montana, or Wyoming or the Dakotas are promising. One warning about Wyoming....I love the area but it’s the closest thing to being on the moon you’ll ever imagine in North America. Rural isn’t the word for Wyoming......absolute desolation is more like it. There are more prong horn deer in Wyoming than there are people. Good Luck.

Go to Alabama or Mississippi . With their history, who would have ever thought that these would be the most free states of the union. Is Secession an option?

“move to RED states now.”

Yes! Concentrating our forces into secure areas is a good start. From there we can build out and take more territory. Confronting the criminal fascist syndicate with 25 strong patriot states is a nightmare that the leftists are incapable of handling. It’s time to start the harassment of the fascist federal bureaucrats to find their weaknesses and exploit them.

OK.

You get Federally run exchanges instead.

This is a “win”?

Liberals don’t have kids... too messy, too disruptive in their latte lives.

They simply indoctrinate the kids that YOU have and support.

I'm thinking about Idaho, eventually. The conservative members of the family, living in MA, CT, and NJ are nearing retirement age, and we're looking for a place to settle together.

We'll survive in clans. Those without family are going to be wards of the state. Sad.

They can’t do this. The federal government will force it. States rights are a thing of the pass. Nice try though, guys.

Actually you are wrong. This is now the direction that the country is on. Increasing direct confrontation between the states and the Feds in court and open defiance by the states. This will be followed by regional alliances of states as they join forces to resist federal mandates. Eventually their will be a confrontation between federal law enforcement and state law enforcement. Where it goes from there is a good question.
