No... its down to the wire but Vigo says Romney will be our next President!

I would have liked a more conclusive result but I’ll take it. This is the best news of the night!

Cheers!

Indeed, traditionally Democratic area of Indiana...may be the closest contest in the entire state; as predicted, Romney carried the state handily; nice to see the Hoosiers back in the R column, and Murdock has an early lead in the Senate race to boot. Hope Romney’s coattails can carry him across the finish line, too.

We dodged a bullet there.

If Vigo had gone the other way, we would have to eat crow.

Let Nate Silver and Intrade do it instead!

Vigo County is home of two universities, Indiana State and Rose Hulman. That can explain the lower numbers for dems (low turnout)

Vigo as a national bellwether has always sided with the presidential winner - its been wrong only two times since 1892.

RCP average had Romney winning IN @ 9.5%.

Obama won it by 1.1% in 2008.

Per FL: RT @KarlRove: RT @JebBush: Great numbers in Pasco and Volusia counties in fl for Romney. I predict he wins!

That's Jeb saying "I predict," not Rove
