1)Well, I am a 54 yr old female in relatively good health. My husband is a disabled surgeon with a good insurance policy for the next 9 years (tax free). He is very despondent about the course of our country.
2.)I am self employed...not in my nature to get gov’t assistance as I make a pretty good money although not steady income....Real Estate....Guess a lot of folks may decide to sell now... I have slowed to NOTHING so not having work may happen.
Just turned down a listing as the seller did not want to pay me my fee. I am not a charity and don’t work for free.
So we are planning to be debt free soon. Have plenty of guns and ammo. Next step to begin prepping.
What kind of gov’t assistance?

I think it is all in the attitude. I voted. I donated to campaigns. I voice my opinions. In the end, the idiots outnumbered us and cheated to get there.
I think we have exhausted a very WEAK field of candidates. Now we have gotten Romney out of our system. We see who we can trust. The GOP really needs to get its SH!T together.
The Consitution is dead. This country is over. Everyone wants to be on the dole and doesn’t care who pays for it. The “middle class” has been bought and sold.
It’s only going to get worse so you might as well cash it all in, move or just blow it and live with it.
Time to collapse the system ala Greece, get on every program you can. Take from the dwindling producers. Ayn Rand was wrong.
And, more importantly, can we finally WRITE OFF THE GOP and take it over, ala Reagan, again. But then, that didn’t turn out well.
Frankly, I’m more not looking forward to Obama as much as another 2-4 years of John Boehner kissing his ass.

While I can understand the sentiment, in the last three years I have lost my career and my home. I wouldn’t recommend this experience to anyone. The humiliation and shame many men feel when they are unable to provide for their family is not something I would recommend anyone volunteer for. Many here would rather dig ditches than go on the dole. So while I see the idea of smashing the system, I just don’t think real guys will sign up for serfdom, even in a noble cause of destroying the beast.

There will be other battles in the future, and our goal is to win more battles than we tie or lose.
The purpose of our future battles is to win the WAR, just as Breitbart warned us.
