“a close friend of Michelle Obama...” Jarrett’s paternal grandfather’s name was Robert Robinson Taylor and Michelle’s maiden name is Robinson. Supposedly Michelle introduced Jarrett to Barry. I’ve always wondered if maybe Michelle and Jarrett aren’t related in some way. Granted the name Robinson is a relatively common one but I still wonder.
