I see something very interesting in this, Romney nails 320 EVs by 11pm eastern and NYS wants to keep voting, Obamabots don;t vote and we flip a few Congressonal seats based on this. I would think the Democrats would howl at this, this idiot should keep his mouth shut and watch what you wish for. Somehow I don't see the SCOTUS allowing a 20 day extension.One or two days might be reasonable.There *is* a serious situation in the state's largest city.The only practical effect this could have is in the House...particularly if the extension is statewide rather than just in the NYC area.

The US Constitution gives the federal government the final word on the day of federal elections and since the 1840s federal law has required that they be held on the 1st Tuesday after the 1st Monday of November. Not on 2 or 20 days starting on that Tuesday.

Obamanistas do not get to play their Hugo Chavez games in this country - unless their dearest leader gets a 2nd term to further subvert the US Constitution!
