"[President Obama] appeared in New Jersey wearing a bomber jacket rather than a suit to demonstrate that when the going gets tough the tough get out a monogrammed Air Force One bomber jacket.
He announced that he'd instructed his officials to answer all calls within 15 minutes because in America "we leave nobody behind."
By doing all this, the president "shows" he "cares" which is true in the sense that in Benghazi he was willing to leave the entire consulate staff behind, and nobody had their calls answered within seven hours, because presumably he didn't care. So Brennan, the counterterrorism guy, and Blinken, the national security honcho, briefed the president on the stiff breeze, but on Sept. 11, 2012, when a little counterterrorism was called for, nobody bothered calling the Counterterrorism Security Group, the senior U.S. counterterrorism bureaucracy."

And 47% of those living in this country are morons who haven’t figured it out yet. For them, if Barry wins, the party’s over. Next stop. The slavery of communism.
Steyn ping!
Benghazi, drip drip drip...
Have you seen the recent headlines on Drudge?...
Obama is way up in the polls in... Russia.
Obama is way up in the polls in... China.
Any American voting for Obama is a POS right there.
>>>>Obama is way up in the polls in... Russia.

Yep. No surprise there.
But that was also the case in the ‘08 election. Obama had been endorsed by Putin, Castro, Chavez, Kim Jong-Il, etc. I mentioned that to lefty acquaintances of mine. It made no impression on them whatsoever.
It looked like “pleather”. A high gloss fake, just like the wearer.
As for benghazi, I truly believe that the reason obama did nothing, is because unlike the killing of osama, with benghazi he didnt have time to arrange for a scapegoat to take the blame if things didnt work out well for him.

I noticed that, but also noticed something I didn’t like. I may be wrong, and I can’t imagine it being true, but it looked like crappy quality leather......naugahyde, or worse! It did not look supple and luxurious, which is MY kind of leather. It looked like cheap vinyl junk from Ching-Chang, which is stiff and miserable to wear in cold weather! A POS jacket for a POS poser POTUS!
Bingo! Thank you. I didn’t notice your reply until I’d posted mine (#11) and scrolled on down the page.
Mark Steyn ping.
Freepmail me, if you want on or off the Mark Steyn ping list.
Thanks for the ping Slings and Arrows.
Thanks for the ping.
Well!...Gee!....Maybe, just maybe, that is why our Founding Fathers thought is was important for the occupant of the White House to be a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN!
( Yeah! I am shouting!) Steyn believes Article 2, Section1, of the CONSTITUTION is a mere “technicality”.
Maybe, just maybe, if Steyn and his ilk had been forthright and courage MEN and reported on Obama’s questionable eligibility much of havoc of the past 4 years could have been avoided.
...
For four years, we have had a president who can spend everything but build nothing. Nothing but debt, dependency, and decay. As I said at the beginning, in different ways the response to Hurricane Sandy and Benghazi exemplify the fundamental unseriousness of the superpower at twilight. Whether or not to get serious is the choice facing the electorate Tuesday.
My pleasure.
I'll bet Obama's UP - way up - in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Pakistan, and Iran... etc...
Steyn nails it...
Steyn rocks!
