Grow a pair Mitt! This won't get any play unless you make it an issue.
Romney cannot say anything since Obama has protected himself by claiming there is an investigation in process.
That was one scary statement he made.
I’m ready to cut a rug, Cat! There is reason to fight this one through to the end because I know we are winning, and I know the other side will use every trick they’ve got till the last dog dies. I have a good feeling that we can make this an early evening, even if the MSM refuses to go down with Obama’s ship.
I like your optimism, if only because I’ve been so pessimistic myself. And your observation about that moment during the debate was right on target. I suspect that a lot of so-called undecideds caught it as well.
I definitely think that Sandy coverage was made to make him look presidential yet the longer people wait for food and water and electricity the more angry they get and that is the news; not the photo op with Christie.
If you need a little more of a pick-me-up, read Daniel Henninger’s Wall Street Journal piece from yesterday. I think it is posted on FR. He makes a powerful case that the polling not only in OH but throughout the mid-west is way off because they are not polling the evangelicals. The evangelicals were very disaffected with McCain and only responded a bit because they loved Sarah Palin.
This year, that demographic is highly motivated and flying under the radar. Rush talked about it on his Thursday show. Rush in general is trying to conceal his enthusiasm, but you can tell he is very confident. He is so powerful that he gets a lot of information we don’t have and as he said, he will let us know when it’s time to panic. Rush’s brother was on Hannity tonight and is also very optimistic. We are in position to win this!
You are correct. Obama’s arrogance has no limits. He jumped at the photo-op in NJ with Christie. He didn’t do anything except land and pose for a awhile and then it’s back to Vegas.
The other thing that is really going to gross out the NY’ers is that they have something like 28 million rats in the city (the ones with tails and spread disease, not the ones who are allowed to vote). With the rising waters all these rats are going to be everywhere people are.
I just can’t wait for the animal rights activists to go demonstrate when the city has to send out rat assassination teams all over the place. This NY situation has not yet begun to fester and it’s going to be all democrats screaming. Can you imagine if Obama loses and is a lame duck president that he will do anything to help the people in NY? I doubt it but I sure expect one hell of a mess there.
Romney is doing the right thing by staying out of this. Obama is suffering a death of a thousand cuts right now and every day his boat springs a new leak. If he were to climb in now, the MSM would castigate him for leaking classified information.
Things are going as well as we have any right to expect now. I’m fairly confident that, barring some major and bald-faced cheating, Mitt will win.
“...Candy Crowley seems to have given Mitt a lasting attitude adjustment.”
You can’t be serious. Romney knows a lot more about his campaign and these dogs he is going to have to get through to win.
I think he is doing the right thing. Romney is fighting to win this election. There will be plenty of time to deal with what Obama did in Libya.
According to the Fox poll, less than half of the lame brained voters even believe Obama misled the country on Benghazi.
Romney knows you can win a battle but lose the war. He is out to win as he should be.
Very good observations.
I doubt most get to vote..
LOL! Man, you are so barking up the wrong tree.
As usual the problem is the MSM Fox is the only one reporting on Benghazi. Fox has a big watching base but the folks with mush for brains watch the MSM.
” What can he say now? Watch Fox News? “
Exactly. If the House had said or done anything(which under Boehner, it never does), Romney would have cred. As it stands, hammer the Marxist for being a Marxist, and GO BENGHAZI, the next day.
” This is simple, If Romney wins Tuesday then his strategy will be judged as a sound one, if he loses then he will be judged (rightly) as another weak fool like McCain. The problem is that time is running out quickly for this to be noticed and Obama is being hugged and praised on TV by Christie and Bloomberg instead of this. That is what voters are seeing.”
I rarely disagree with you, but Romney hasn’t campaigned for Obama numerous times, like McCain did. It would do no good for Romney to go “Benghazi”. The MSM is praying that he does, so they can paint Romney as a “flake”. They would pound Romney 24/7 until Tuesday. Who is gonna back Romney up? Boehner ?
LOL....is Boner even alive? No evidence of it : )
Well if it becomes common knowledge to most voters, more importantly undecideds in swing states, only after the election then that will be too late. That appears to be the MSM plan.
But it is certainly true that going down that road is not without risks as Mitt has already found out painfully.
Not to change the subject, but all of you should read this Travis McGee thread. The best I have seen in some time.

“I dont care how many Americans get killed by terrorists anymore. GM’s alive and BinLaden’s dead. I feel safe and secure now. And look at that great jobs report. Another 300K people off the unemployment books(on welfare instead). This continues and unemployment % will be at an all time low.”
